Hyunji is THE photographer you want if you're in DFW! She's a true professional artist who excels at her craft. We chose her as our photographer because of her exceptional eye for finding beauty in the natural curves/geometry of any location. So far, Hyunji has taken our engagement photos (We'll have her for our wedding days too!). During the shoot, Hyunji welcomed us to the site we decided to meet at. She made us feel comfortable to follow her poses but also experiment with our own. We've taken our own photos at this site every year for 3 years but she was able to capture it in a way that we hadn't seen before. It was truly magical seeing her perspective of the location intertwine with our vision for engagement photos. As we waited for the photos, we had full confidence that we were about to receive the most gorgeous photos taken of us ever! When we received them, we smiled and cried (happy tears of course) as we looked through each photo. I remember very clearly that I would look at the gallery in 30-minute sessions for several days afterwards because I wanted to feel the moments again through her photos. Everyone I showed these photos to has complimented Hyunji on how she captured our love for each other and our individual beauty in a way that made us look like the main characters of a movie/k-drama. Also, I've gotten some friends to already book with her based on these pictures and my very positive experience! In addition, her pictures are so exceptionally gorgeous that my dress AND ring shops have promoted it on their social media to showcase the beauty of their own products as well. Ultimately, you will not find another photographer like Hyunji. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Hyunji. She guided us on posing and helped us find great backgrounds in downtown McKinney. We ended our photoshoot at a coffee shop, which was a fantastic idea from Hyunji since we love coffee! We love how our maternity photos turned out, and so does our family. Hyunji’s pictures were amazing!! I now have a whole collection of photos with my entire family. This was my family’s very first time doing a photography session together, and Hyunji made my camera-shy/awkward family feel really comfortable. She suggested poses for my family and also got some individual photos along with couple photos (my parents + my husband and me) in different backgrounds. Also, she was great at switching between Korean and English since my parents can only understand Korean while my husband can only understand English. Hyunji was the perfect photographer for our bilingual family! I am super happy that I was able to book a session with Hyunji while my family was visiting Dallas. I love looking at the pictures over and over again especially when I miss my family. If they are ever back in Dallas, I definitely want to have another session with Hyunji! If you want amazing family photos, book with her!
